Executive Certificate in Leadership

The Henley Executive Certificate in Leadership is a part-time Certificate programme, leading up to a Diploma, or even a Masters (MA) degree in Leadership. It is a part-time programme designed to fit with your working commitments. You will develop your leadership capability and learn how to maximise the performance of your team.

Systemic Collaboration Design

A 12-week course split over 3 modules (see individual module overviews for details of content), each module being a prerequisite for the next. The first two modules can be done via an online course with required reading, quizzes, individual and group practical applications. The last module is an action learning programme containing 5 virtual sessions and a group practical application. The group project is a vehicle for individual contextualised and personally relevant experiential learning.
